Community Center Located above the Civic Ice Arena, this facility is fully carpeted, barrier-free and air conditioned with seven rooms of various sizes. The Community Room is the largest and overlooks the West Arena with a wet bar, dance area and kitchen. It will accommodate banquet seating for 185. Rentals are for five hours. (440) 974-5730.
If alcohol will be served: a security deposit of $250 is required for the Community Room, $150 for the Woods Room, and all smaller rooms require a deposit of $125. In addition, a $25 alcohol permit is required and an off-duty Mentor police officer must be in attendance (payment is made to the officer the night of the party). Garfield Community Center This facility features barrier-free restrooms, a first floor cozy lounge and a large ballroom upstairs with hardwood floors. Rentals are for five hours. (440) 974-5720.
Mentor Beach Park This 13-acre park features a remodeled barrier-free pavilion overlooking Lake Erie. Large windows allow unobstructed views from all sides. Two large banquet rooms accommodate 100 to 300 people. Rentals are for five hours. (440) 974-5720.
Old Council Hall
Mentor Senior Center This beautiful and spacious facility features hardwood floors and a large stage in the Main Hall. All rentals include use of lobby with beautiful fireplace and cozy sitting area, and use of warming kitchen. Accommodates 100 to 335 people. Rentals are for seven hours. (440) 974-5725. Planning
a reception, private party or business meeting? Mentor offers six distinctly
different facilities accommodating groups from 15 to 385 each at very
reasonable rates. Rates include use of chairs and banquet tables. If alcohol is served, you must make arrangements to have a Police Officer on duty. In addition, a security deposit and a $25 Alcohol Permit fee are required. Fees
are subject to change; please call to confirm. Proof of residency, in
the form of a current utility bill and a photo ID are required to receive
the resident rate. Call during weekday business hours.
Built
originally as a church in 1856, it then served for a number of years
as Mentor Township Hall. This renovated historic building features an
air conditioned hall with a newly remodeled warming kitchen. Accommodates

Listed
on the National Register of Historic Places, Wildwood was constructed
in 1908 as a private summer home. Today, this charming and beautiful
English Tudor Manor House is perfect for weddings, parties, receptions
or business meetings. Situated on 34 serene acres and surrounded by
stately trees, the property also features a garden patio and gazebo.
Maximum capacity is 150. Base rental time is 7 hours which includes set up and clean up time. To hold any date, full payment in advance is required. Holiday rentals are not available. (440) 974-5735.
